CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

At BOSS Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We value both our clients’ time and the preparation involved in delivering safe, high-quality treatments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

More than 48 Hours Notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours prior to the booked appointment may be rebooked free of charge.

More than 24 Hours Notice

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the booked treatment value.

This applies to:
  • Late cancellations
  • Last-minute rescheduling

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice (“no-show”) will incur:
  • A $100 no-show fee, OR
  • 100% of the treatment cost if the booked procedure is valued under $100

No-show fees must be settled before future bookings can be made.

Deposits

Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking if sufficient notice is provided according to the cancellation policy.
Booking fee is a fee made to secure appointment time, this $50 booking fee is then deducted to the total cost of the treatment booked.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, refunds are generally not provided for:
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions
  • Results varying due to individual healing, lifestyle, or biological factors

Medical Contraindications & Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered if a client is medically unsuitable for treatment due to a condition identified before treatment that is contraindicated to the procedure.

Examples may include:
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (for certain treatments)
  • Active infection or illness
  • Certain medications or medical conditions
  • Allergic reactions or safety concerns identified during consultation

Supporting medical documentation may be requested where appropriate.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate medical history
  • Informing the clinic of any health changes prior to treatment
  • Arriving on time for appointments

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or rescheduling fees if the appointment cannot be completed safely within the remaining allocated time.
